The design intent is to foster a highly livable area through improved multi-modal connectivity, green infrastructure, and community identity. Key project objectives include enhancing walkability and access to public transport, promoting social community identity with gathering spaces and public art, and implementing green infrastructure practices like bioswales and rain gardens.
